Needles Middle School will be offering morning sessions to students starting on Monday, April 26th. There will be two different cohorts that will rotate two days a week. Cohort A will be in attendance on Mondays and Tuesdays and Cohort B will be in attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Students who do not want to attend in-person learning will remain online five days a week and their new time for online learning will start at 8:00 AM and end at 12:30 PM. Students who choose to attend in-person learning will arrive at 8:00 AM and their day will end at 12:30 PM. Students will rotate to each of their seven classes while they are on campus. Students with last names ending A through K will attend on Mondays and Tuesdays. Students with the last names ending in L through Z will attend on Wednesdays and Thursdays. When students are not on campus for in-person learning on their assigned two days a week, they will be required to be online the other three days a week. All students will be online on Fridays. Students will be provided a grab-and-go lunch on the days they attend. March 12th will be the start of hybrid learning. Students will attend everyday virtually from 9-12:10pm. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday students can come on campus for in person support from 1-3pm. Wednesdays is distance learning for all. Students must wear a mask while on campus.
Needles Middle School is excited to announce the start of some after school clubs. On Wednesday from 3-4pm we have art club with Ms. Mercado and movie club with Ms. Rowan. Students if you are interested in joining these clubs please contact these teachers.

Softball and Baseball try-outs will be on Wednesday April 7th and Thursday April 8th starting at 3pm. Try-outs are at Franz Flower Field. Make sure all sports physicals are turned in prior to try-outs.
Students must have a 2.0 GPA and no F's to be eligible to play.
